Product Owner/Business Analyst

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will be in charge of helping the clients to determine and prioritize business and technical requirements, in addition to team management, work evaluation, and task distribution in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products.


  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product owner/product manager in a software development area
  • Proven ability to understand the client’s business needs and to transform them into technical requirements
  • Experience in deconstructing product components to detail
  • Experience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical people
  • Experience in creating simple, clear and complete UX (even in case of complicated logic)
  • Experience in software solutions creation from scratch
  • Practical experience in projecting MVPs
  • Experience in data modelling will be a plus
  • Project management experience will be a plus
  • Advanced / Fluent English
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stress resistance
  • Certifications (CBAP, etc.), PM experience will be a plus

  • Proactively work with the customer to understand their needs and priorities
  • Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify optimal strategies for achieving the expected results
  • Analyze competitor products and market trends to assist clients/stakeholders in creating the best products
  • Take an active role in product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions
  • Do the research needed to make high-quality decisions (user interviews, data, competitor products)
  • Perform market research in a specified area in cooperation with TOP management
  • Create clear product requirements and user stories, and manage product backlog
  • Maintain documentation so that everyone knows how things work
  • Work closely with designers on the best UX/UI for end-users
  • Take part in engineering discussions to make sure solutions match the requirements
