Senior Recruiter

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment of software-developers
• Experience in finding people in other countries with the relocation option
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English skills

Will be plus:

• Headhunting experience

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for qualified candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Supporting candidates during the whole recruitment and relocation process
• Managing ATS system
