Business/System Analyst

As a Business/System Analyst, you'll collaborate with the Product Owner and clients to refine requirements, define workflows, document API interactions, and support developers in delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to break down complex features into structured specifications
  • Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
  • Experience with data modeling and documentation (UML, ERD, flow diagrams)
  • Understanding of APIs and integrations
  • Experience with UX/UI (Figma)
  • Advanced / Fluent English
  • Good communication skills to liaise between business and development teams

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Basic development knowledge
  • Ability to optimize and simplify business processes, workflows, and features

  • 5-day working week from Monday to Friday
  • Work from the office in Lisbon, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays
  • If you are not in Lisbon, relocation can be arranged after the probation period. A relocation package is provided

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with PO and client to clarify and refine requirements
  • Break down business requirements into detailed technical specifications (user stories, process flows, data models)
  • Define logical workflows and system interactions
  • Document API interactions and data flows
  • Assist developers with questions about requirements
